yeah I'd think I'd be better off just changing it to a smaller version, the full logo is still official and viewable on the home page

On desktop browsers I think the main problem is that the [Home] [Members] [Team] [Help] [Search] and [Profile] tabs aren't within the same ribbon that the logo is situated in. This means that these buttons overlap texts because they sit below the ribbon that the logo is situated within. Again, I don't know how much control you've got over this.

Not on Edge or Firefox, idk about Chrome

I mean its not the biggest problem its just not in the same banner as you can see
